Your success is our success. We’re proud to introduce Sweden’s first digital methodology support tool, SUMETO Employment—an online solution built specifically for professionals working in labor-market programs and vocational rehabilitation.
SUMETO Employment helps you structure and systematize your workflow. It’s ideally suited to hands-on approaches like Supported Employment and other methods.
Successful methodological work requires broad alignment at every level. SUMETO ensures everyone is moving in the same direction toward your goals. With a uniform workflow, collaboration becomes easier both internally and externally. SUMETO Employment strengthens your methodological expertise throughout the entire process.
SUMETO also serves as a management support tool by offering:
With SUMETO, you can work whenever and wherever you want—on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also create and implement your own custom processes within the platform. No matter which workflow you choose, SUMETO makes it easy to plan, oversee, and execute your tasks.
SUMETO was created by methodology specialist Annika Malm of CE Solutions, a training and consulting firm. The project was carried out in close collaboration with end users and representatives from a range of organizations.
Organizations and employees who work systematically in their daily routines set themselves up for greater success in achieving their goals and desired outcomes. There’s significant value—and many benefits—to working in a structured way, guided by jointly developed or predefined methods at both the individual and organizational levels.
Here are some of the benefits of using methods and a structured approach:
Two well-known approaches commonly used in labor-market programs in Sweden are Supported Employment and Supported Training™.
The Supported Employment approach began in the United States during the 1970s and has since spread worldwide. Its core belief is that everyone has strengths and can succeed in the workforce when given the right support and conditions.
Today, this model is used across multiple sectors around the globe. In Sweden it’s a recommended method by agencies such as the National Board of Health and Welfare, the Public Employment Service, and local municipalities. It has a proven track record of helping individuals secure and thrive in jobs on the open labor market.
As a complement to Supported Employment—and grounded in the same principles—CE Solutions has developed Supported Training™. This five-step program is designed to equip participants with the basic skills and confidence needed for today’s work environment. By offering work-focused rehabilitation at an earlier stage, Supported Training™ helps individuals prepare for and pursue meaningful employment.
SUMETO Employment creates clear workflows and guides users who work with Supported Employment, Supported Training, or any other methods they choose to apply. The tool also helps you leverage, integrate, and implement your methodological knowledge in a high-quality, pedagogical way.
We partner with CE Solutions AB, a training company with deep experience and specialized expertise in Supported Employment, Supported Training™, Customized Employment, and more. Visit the CE Solutions website to learn how you can strengthen your shared expertise.
